Home inspection's are a visual evaluation of all accessible areas of the home to identify any defects, hazardous conditions or risk potentials. It is designed to uncover issues such as aging components, faulty wiring, water leaks and many other problems that pose a potential safety or financial risk. The inspector will access and test every area of the home that you, the homeowner would utilize from light switches and outlets, to the thermostat and smoke detector. Any deficiencies are identified on the easy to read report along with photos giving you the knowledge of what the homes current condition is. While sellers are not generally obligated to make repairs, the findings may provide you with the tools to reopen negotiations.

Jeff Cassell NCHIL# 4745

Jeff is located in the North-East region of North Carolina in Hertford. He is an Air Force veteran with post service experience of over 20 years in the heating and manufacturing industry. His vast knowledge of home systems pair effectively with his Inspection experience to provide you with an outstanding inspection assessment.

Daniel Legg NCHIL# 4748

Dan is located in the Piedmont region of North Carolina in Goldsboro. He is a Retired Air Force veteran with over 22 years of military inspection experience coupled with his experience as a licensed home inspector. His attention to detail apply to provide excellent home inspections for our clients.

  • Service areas range from I-95 to the Coastal areas of Eastern North Carolina.
